One of the keys to unlocking the door to a better life is through our everyday routine. Routine gives us a sense of security and safety.
It also keeps us stuck, we cocoon ourselves in our daily routine like we are wandering around wearing space-suits.
As much as we need routine to be able to operate; bad, tired and old habits also become part of what we do. Quite often we forget why we established certain routines in the first place.
We then become restless and look for a way out not understanding why.
Start questioning your daily routines, start asking yourself why you do what you do. The way to change your normal is taking ONE small thing you do out of habit each day and changing it.
Sounds simple? It can be. By changing one tiny habit you will feel more alive, focussed and energetic. Make this part of your life - question all your routines. Change them one by one. Better your habits and out will emerge a better you.
